The above rates are for a maximum of eight people. With the use of the fold-out double sofa bed in the second living area, Casa Principessa can accommodate 10 people. If the number of guests exceeds 8, additional guests are charged at the rate of Euro 200 per person, per week. A maximum of 10 people applies.

Gas can be a significant cost in winter when heating is used. During winter rentals, gas is charged at cost, according to usage.

Casa Principessa is a non-smoking house. Pets are not permitted.
